life : ): soo wen's 21st birthday :)

attended soowen's 21st birthday on friday 8th jan. was held at changi fairy point 3, very ulu to walk in, luckily took jim's car into the chalet itself :) went to buy soowen's birthday present earlier on tat day with jr. went to queenstown shopping centre cuz jim's fren own an optical shop there and tot we could get a good price for a pair of sunglass. but reached there and realised there are so many optical shops at level 1. called jim and he could not remember his fren's shop's name so we just walked into a shop that has the most number of customers and settled on one pair of sunglasses :) was recommended by the boss but both jr and i tot was quite nice too :) was one with white frames and nice lens. most importantly, soowen likes the present! :)

took a long bus ride frm queensway to outside kovan mrt station. was a cold cold ride cuz the air-con was on full blast. and it just rained earlier in the day. was reali cold, but glad jr was beside me :) reached the bus stop outside kovan mrt and had to wait for another bus to go down to pasir ris mrt station and meet jim there. the next bus ride was not too far down and we were even earlier than jim :P walked around white sands abit and bought old chang kee to munch while waiting for jim and cheryl to reach and head down to the chalet tgt :)

at first thought only a few of us goin down to soowen's party, in the end still quite afew of us went down :) her chalet was already packed with frenz by the time we reached and majority of the people there are soowen's frenz :) sat by a table eat and cam-whore for awhile before we have to shift for her cake-cutting ceremony :) was oso her twin bro's birthday so there's 2 cakes! haha...lots of photo-taking takes place before the actual "war" starts. was quite rowdy cuz soowen n her bro has to keep shouting for their diff groups of relatives and frenz out to take the group photo:) haha...and soowen has to change out of her nice dress to get ready for the "war-fare" :P was fun standing by the side and watch them getting themselves dirty and wet with splashing water. the fiercest will be soo teng! never give face but just splash soowen n her bro to the ulitmate wetness. haha..struggles between sooteng n her fren, sooteng definitely the winner lor! so strong!! haha...safest zone for us standing by the side to watch will be to stand near soowen's ah ma! hahaha...very funny cuz even the ah ma has prepared cardboxes to shield herself in case of any unwanted water to splash in :) after watching their fierce struggle and splashing of water and cream, we ate the cake (those not smashed of cuz) and left the chalet :) went for dessert cuz jimmy and pauline came late and no food left le, so they had to eat their dinner while we eat dessert :) raph drove me and jr back to west side after tat :)
