last holiday of the year 2009 finally over le. this year's christmas spent differently from the previous few. went out with jr on christmas eve to paragon first to check out mizuno stuff cuz i haven decide on wat to get to spend the amount of money from my moe team :X can't find the shoe model that is the cheapest leh, so in the end still cannot decide wat mizuno products to spend on. will ask sandy again when i see her for the next trg:) went to novena aft tat, cuz i have never been to united square before. walked ard at velocity before goin to united square. velocity is quite big but united square is very very small, not many shops ard to look at lor. think we spent the longest time in toysrus playing with the toys:) and i had to punish jr for commenting on my amx grade C+ (but i forgot why he made the comment liao) to take photo with the monkey.
went to jack's place for dinner. abit too atas for both of us, still prefer goin to normal eateries and restaurants. but the christmas eve set meal is nice though, complete with ice cream and not so nice tarts as dessert :P but the ambience there was quite good and they had the party hat and a small gift with party poppers inside for all the guests. the staff there was reali friendly, and a bit too spontaneous in collecting the dish away, until i say "NO" very suddenly and abit to0 loudly to one of the waitress until jr say why i so fierce :P haha...is an impromptu reaction leh, din wan to say so loud oso. got a couple of groups around us to celebrate christmas too, some uncles and aunties and getting themselves excited with the party hats. we din take the party hats with us in the end cuz got no use and abit funny walking ard holding on to the hats :) took bus home after that until clementi central and changed bus frm there :) on the bus i got to open jr's present for me. could have opened it earlier lor, cuz he passed it to me once we met up. but oso dunno why he dun allow :P he got me a shoulder support and a purple colour purse for my ezy-link card. he despise my old ezy-link card holder lor. tsk. haha :P he made a card on his own and put it inside the purse:) but thank him for the presents and the dinner treat :)

fri, christmas itself, went out with sisters to vivo city for shopping. wrong, window shopping to be exact cuz they din reali buy anything at vivo there. it was quite crowded by the time we reached. we left hse at ard 3 plus, reached vivo abt 4plus like tat, walked around abit and was time for dinner le! went to eat kfc there, was again another big crowd and we were lucky to have a group of ppl leaving just when we reached. during dinner sis they all decided to go back to jp to buy shoes. ironically they been looking ard and din see any pair that suits them at all at vivo but has to go back to jp and get -_-! in the end we went back jp and my er jie reali bought a pair of heels there. *faints* think next time just ask her go jp shop can liao :P went home via my da jie's bf car cuz he went to jp to find us after meeting his frenz. reached home around 9plus and both my parents came home shortly after us :) a simple christmas day spent :)
boxing day...
not reali a boxing day for me cuz i've already opened my present on christmas eve:P went to xingjuan's hse after doin chores and nap awhile cuz i got flu since i woke up :( reached her hse ard 3plus and they had already started playing a board game called Life. watched them play finish before we exchange our gifts! i bought a watch and xingjuan got it! think she n me reali got fate lor, think last year she oso kena the present i bought :P but im glad she say the watch is nice!! haha..but i realised we bought her a watch from 25hours for her birthday on 7th dec liao :P nvm la, more watches for her to switch n wear mah :)
yingjie left after exchanging gifts cuz she need to go to her grandma's hse. we went into xj's room again and played uno!! was reali very funny cuz sharon and i always ended up the last 2 playing! haha..i keep wanting the yellow cards and sharon keep needing the red ones :P haha..imagine i keep sneezing and blowing nose and laughing away!! super tiring lor :P ah bear xj and ah ma even went on to play stacko for a few rounds and we still playing can!! haha..finally ended with me as the winner! had to play the 3rd round cuz sharon dun believe she sux at uno :P the 3rd round i finally won! followed by xj then sharon :) after that the 3 of us went to play stacko but not long after ah bear n ah ma finish uno le lor! wonder why we so slow leh :P we then went on to play monopoly, which i very long nv play already. din have any properties lor, big winners are xj and ah ma! sharon ah bear and i have to declare ourselves bankrupt and end the game cuz we were very hungry!! actuali is me la :P been asking wat we having for dinner since 5plus. by the time we went to eat at the tze char stall was already 9plus le. ate and went to another hawker cuz xj craving for the bandung. sat n finish our drink and we talked abt goin to taiwan next year!! hopefully can come true and will be xj's graduation trip and my first time goin so far with only frenz! :)

first hall game...
had the first hall game for this year's inter-hall, had to vs a rather strong hall, hall 7 with many ivp and ex-ivp players. whether or not they are ivp players, they were mostly from presbytarian high and ajc. met them on court before last time in jc and sec sch during the nationals. cannot say i have no confidence to win them, but im hoping for a happy game rather then a goal-oriented one. cuz no matter wat, they are a team of players who have been playing for quite long liao compared to our team who has players who are still learning. told our team to just have fun and no matter wat, just hit the ball high up if is near them :) hall 7 have reali strong service leh. and that's the major bulk of where our points go to - no first ball. but i reali think their services very zai :) today's game was ok, think im happy enough to score the first point in the first set (cuz hall 7 abit qing di initially) and also to block sijia's spiking in the 2nd set. though in between the game i oso lost quite a few points, the 2 points make me very happy liao :P hehe...had a very long team talk aft tat, talked abt how we felt in the game and how the rest of them who were watching us play to say how they felt too :) think is the first time for some of them to watch such a match, and i think wat our team lacks is the trust for shaz n sera. think we overly protected them during the game until we nv reali trust them to receive some of the balls even when they should be able to get it. like wat sera said to minglee, must trust her!!! haha..think alot of balls in between them that they lack the miscommunication. and tat funny weixin, as usual, even taught the rest how to receive tat kind of service can -_-! sounded so professional but in the court so different. haha...reali buay tahan her lor. but ok la, she admitted she wasnt in her best form liao. think cuz of the 3 days of steamboat in her stomach that is acting weird :P nvm, we still have another 2 games against hall 10 and 12. and i wan to win and go next round wor :) will jiayou and do my best de!! let minglee end her final sem happily with a good result frm ihg :)
