life : ): body worlds @ science centre! :)

went with dino today to the Body Worlds at science centre today!:) the exhibition has been on since last year, till today then went down to have a look and i have to say it was reali nice! though some of the bodies are a little disturbing cuz the eyes of some of the bodies still look so alive, i must say it was reali great work done to achieve such fascinating exhibits. the exhibits show how human life begins with the formation of the zygote and how the development occurs over the weeks. and to think that the end of the 4th week after the formation of the zygote, some parts of the foetus(i forgot wat already :P) were already developed! so actuali a life was taken even if abortion was as early as the first month. the exhibits then move on to the different parts of a human body and how some of the illnesses or habits like smoking can cause serious damage to the organs. photography was not allowed inside the body worlds but is definitely a great experience to see the bodies, after goin through plastination and disecting the bodies to expose the different internal organs and muscles, the final art work was up to educate the public :)

we went to the science centre to walk around after exiting from the body worlds. haven been to the science centre since secondary school i think..so quite excited to go back there and see wat new stuffs they had added in:) was not too bad and we had quite abit of fun there :P haha...esp when dino had to keep playing the games there:)
