life : ): kite flying @ Marina Barrage! :D

heehee...very nice weather today!!!!!!!!!!!! woohoo!! very happy leh, cuz initially last night checked the weather forecast and it was predicted that there is thunderstorm over several areas in Singapore today! but luckily it did not rain at all! :D :D :D haha...so the plan went on quite smoothly, only at the beginning when we could not find the stop:P ok, is me ok, din see properly where is the bus stop that we are supposed to board at, cuz i dun reali know how to read the map shown on the directory mah. heehee..so in the end rongrong had to bring me walk back to the mrt station a few times to look at the locality map and see exactly where is the bus stop we should board the bus from:))) haha...so there we were! waiting for bus to head straight to Marina Barrage!!! haha...abit frantic initially when on bus too, cuz dun reali know exactly where to alight. only know is 5stops later! haha...had to pass through quite a few construction sites before we reach. luckily along the way there are signages showing where is the direction to Marina Barrage:))) yeah!!! and we reached!!! walked up the slope to where most ppl stayed there to fly their kites :) so we found a spot to sit down and took out the kite i bough ytd!! haha...rongrong started by tying the string to the kite and we are all ready to fly the kite! haha..rongrong started first, but ahem ahem...duno wat happened, so i took over! :D hahaha...and there it was, our kite with a smiley face was up in the sky for the rest of the time we were there:)))) we found a better spot after that and sat down and relax while we watched other ppl fly their kites too:))))) left the place just when the crowd started to flow in. took bus back and we alighted near the area we boarded the bus from. in the end we decided to just settle our dinner at the mac nearby :) aft dinner took train to city hall to walk around abit cuz it was still early and it was home sweet home after that:)
